NEW in January 2025! Our Context IQ Flex scanner bed is 18"x24" and can accommodate high resolution scans quickly. We typically scan at 600 dpi. Higher resolution scans available upon request.
Our Epson Expression 10000 XL scanner bed is 12”x17” and can scan anything, including slides and negatives. We typically scan standard items at 600 DPI and slides / negatives at 1200 DPI. Higher resolution scans available upon request.
Items larger than the scanner bed are scanned in sections, then we expertly merge the scans in our image editing software.

We are experts at altering, editing, and adjusting your images. We can take people out. We can put people in. We can swap closed eyes for open eyes. We can fill in missing areas. We can make your photo look like a painting or other style of art.
What about damaged photos? Whether your old photos were damaged by light, moisture, heat, an accident, or simply time, we can digitally restore them! We can bring your faded photos back to life with our digital photo restoration skills. Each restoration project is unique, but our experienced staff is trained in the latest photo editing techniques to repair your family treasures. Printers
Epson SureColor P20000 and Epson Stylus Pro 4900
Epson aqueous inks (pigment-based and fade-resistant up to 80 years)
Papers
Smooth Matte, Photo Luster, Photo Chrome, Velvet (100% Cotton Rag), Canvas, Metallic Canvas, and Repositionable Fabric Sticker. Each paper (“media”) is designed for inkjet machines and aqueous pigment inks. Our prints are considered “giclee” because of the inks we use. Print media specs available upon request.
Printing prices
We charge by the square inch (in2). Minimum print charge = $5.
Volume discounts available based when full width of roll is purchased.

Scanning
Our Contex IQ Flex scanner bed is 18"x24". Our Epson Expression 10000 XL scanner bed is 12”x17”.
We scan at 600 dpi. We charge $5 for the first item + $0.50 per additional item that fits on one scan. Items larger than 18"x24” require multiple scans ($5 per scan), which we merge digitally.
We scan slides / negatives at 1,200 dpi. We charge $10 for the first item + $.50 per additional item that fits on one scan.
Scans are one-time charges.
Editing
We create, format, and alter digital image files per design instructions for a specific desired outcome. Clients must approve editing through electronic proofs (no charge). Printed proofs will incur additional charges. We charge $60/hr, charged in 15-minute increments. Editing charges are one-time charges. Additional alteration requests will incur additional labor charges.
Reproductions
We scan original artwork and format the file so the print matches the original as closely as possible. Prices are based on the size of the original:
S <18x24 = $35 to scan and color match.
(Each additional item that fits on scan = $20 to color match).
M <24x36 = $50 to scan and color match.
L <36x48 = $80 to scan and color match.
XL <40x60 = $100 to scan and color match.
Charges include a Proofing Package (3x3 swatches of the image at actual size representing key areas of the image as well as an 8x10 print of the whole image). Client must inspect and approve printed proofs before we print the order.
Proofing
When a client provides a digital image and desires a specific color outcome, the client must inspect and approve printed proofs before we will print the order. The Proofing Package for each image is $10 (includes 3x3 swatches of key areas of the image at actual size + an 8x10 print of the whole image). Each round of new proofs is $10, and editing charges apply. 50% of proof costs may go towards the price of printing the same image.
Proof approval required for single image print orders size 44 x 30 or larger.
Trimming
Because we print on rolls not sheets, prints must be trimmed. We charge $1.25 per image after the first three (3). We will cut large-volume print orders into manageable strips that clients can trim themselves for no charge.
Turnaround
We complete orders 5 business days from final order approval. We are happy to Rush your printing order - just mention it to your designer. Sooner than 5 business days = $5. Next-Day/Same-Day = $10.
File Storage
We do not delete your files but cannot guarantee to keep them forever. We electronically share files with clients if they wish to obtain personal backup copies. USB drives are available for $10 each.
Disclaimers
There are many factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product. We cannot guarantee color accuracy 100%. Colors may look different on the printed product than on a screen or monitor. We calibrate our monitors and use custom ICC profiles to get the best accuracy possible.
