Our Official Ribbon Cutting celebration!

Our Official Ribbon Cutting celebration!

On Wednesday, October 29, we continued the celebration of our new studio’s grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted on-site by the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. We are grateful to everyone who joined us to mark this exciting milestone for Colbert Custom Framing & Art Printing.

Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce President Kailyn Risvold and Naperville Mayor Scott Wehrli led the program, joined by chamber ambassadors who offered warm congratulations and support. Mayor Wehrli cut the ribbon, alongside third-generation owner Stephanie Colbert Randall, her husband, Jason, and their three young daughters.

Stephanie recognized and thanked first-generation owner Mary Colbert and second-generation owners Kevin and Sue Colbert—all present—for their decades of dedication, creativity, and community investment. She expressed pride in giving back through organizations like the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and Rotary. Staying involved locally, she noted, has always been the family’s way of saying thank you—to neighbors, clients, and to God—for the blessing of doing what they love for nearly four decades.

The studio overflowed with laughter, smiles, and the warmth of community. Friends, family, longtime clients, and local supporters gathered to honor nearly four decades of growth rooted in Naperville. Heartfelt congratulations, mingled with cherished stories of pieces we’ve framed over the years, showcased a beautiful reminder of the relationships that have sustained our business.
