In-Store
Our
hours are: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10-5;
Tuesday, Thursday 10-8; and Saturday 9-5. We will always
be willing to wait for you if you are running late, or open
early if it would help your schedule.
Same-day Service: We have a large inventory in
our Naperville warehouse ready to serve your emergency
framing needs. This service is available at our regular
retail price, with no additional fees.
Delivery: Many customers need delivery for
convenience or due to the size of the framing. In many
cases delivery is at no charge.
Seminars: We love what we do and enjoy talking
about it! We offer design seminars to offer you fresh ideas
for custom framing.
Personal design consultation: We're experts at
custom framing design. You can count on personal service by
an experienced design consultant without an appointment. If
you would like to work by appointment with your favorite
designer, it's all right...just give us a call or
e-mail
us with your request, and we'll set it up.

On-Site
Installation:
Many of our customers were actually referred to us by other
framers in the area! Installation is one of the biggest
reasons. In many cases, installation for custom framing
we have done is at no charge.
In-home consultation: When it is more convenient
for you that we come to your home, or when you would like
to have the design consultant see your decor before
designing the framing, we are pleased to come to you.
In-office consultation: Coordination of art and
framing for the office can be a big project. Call us to
help. We will come to your office and facilitate the
completion of art selection and framing for you.

Other Services:
Conservation framing: We have framed for the Pentagon
and the Smithsonian in Washington D.C., and the Reagan
Museum in Dixon, Illinois. We know how to protect your
valuable art and sentimental objects.
Specialty mat cuts: We own a state-of-the-art
computerized mat cutter that allows us to provide
high-quality, creative mat cutting without the high cost of
labor. We also offer hand cutting as unique as your need and
our imagination.
Shadow boxes: You will be in good hands with whatever
object you need framed in a shadow box. We have framed
hundreds of jerseys, christening gowns, military uniforms
and awards, as well as countless other objects such as guns,
bows and arrows, fossils, sports equipment, Bibles, fans,
and various collectibles. We are experts at mounting objects
securely and gently to assure a lifetime of enjoyment.
Repairs: Sometimes repair is the best way to go. We
are willing and able to repair damaged frames or mounting.
Glass replacement: There is an old saying, "five
moves is equivalent to one fire". We are happy to replace
your broken glass, often while you wait. |
